He <br />added that the plan will be presented to the City Council for approval and further information <br />will be available on the City 's website. <br />Councilmember Jenson reported on his attendance at the March 24th joint meeting with the City <br />Council and Planning Commission. He also reported that he will be participating in three <br />strategic planning sessions with the School District and the first session will be on March 27th . <br />Councilmember Roth reported on his attendance at the March 24th joint meeting with the City <br />Council and Planning Commission. <br />Councilmember Stille reported on his attendance at the March 24th joint meeting with the City <br />Council and Planning Commission and noted this joint meeting was held specifically to present <br />the strategic plan. <br />Councilmember Gray -no report. <br />Mayor Faust reported on his attendance at the March l7'h meeting with Rep. Ellison and <br />representatives from the immigration service to discuss the new law that protects non-residents <br />who have witnessed criminal activity or are victims of a crime and encourages non -residents to <br />come forward without fear of deportation. He advised that Mr. Tom Miller retired on March 20th <br />after 34 years with Berger Transfer and congratulated him on his retirement and thanked him for <br />his service to the Kiwanis and Chamber of Commerce. He also reported on his attendance at the <br />March 24th joint meeting with the City Council and Planning Commission. <br />VIII. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />Mayor Faust invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on items that <br />are not on the regular agenda. Hearing none , Mayor Faust moved forward with the agenda. <br />IX. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS -NONE. <br />X.
