JnH-O5-2005 16:30 P.02/03 <br />t. <br />at ma <br />newspapers <br />November 15, 2004 <br />City of St, Anthony Village <br />Mike Mornson, City Manager <br />3301 Silver Lake Rd. <br />St. Anthony, MN 55418 <br />Clear Mr. Mornson: <br />f he Sun -Focus would like to be considered for designation as the legal newspaper for the City of <br />St. Anthony Village for the year 2005. <br />All published legal notices are posted on our website (www.mnSun,com) at no additional charge. <br />This is an enhancement to the local news coverage already available on the Internet and will <br />broaden the readership of your legal notices. <br />One of the main benefits of publishing your legal notices with the Sun -Focus is our home delivery. <br />Sun Newspapers has become the primary source of community news in the suburbs, Your notices in <br />our paper have the best chance of being seen and read, <br />Despite rising costs of operating our newspapers, there will be no rate increase during the calendar <br />year 2005. Our legal prices will remain the same. <br />The rate structure for legals effective January 1, 2005 will be: <br />1 column width: $ ,45 per line - per insertion ($4.50 per col. inch) <br />There are 10 lines per inch <br />Our columns are 11 picas 10 points wide <br />Two notarized affidavits on each of your publications will be provided with no additional charge. <br />The deadline for regular length notices is 11:00 ami. the Monday prior to publication. E -mailing the <br />legal notices is an efficient and accurate way of getting the notices to us. The e-mail address for the <br />legal department is legals@mnsun.com. We still accept notices on disk, faxed or through the mail.
