ANTHONY <br />RESOLUTION 05-015 <br />A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING ON <br />2005 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, a report has <br />been prepared with reference to the improvements: <br />_2.005 Street and Uti]ity_TmprovenlcnvProject <br />This project consists of strect reconstruction, replacement, or new constriction of <br />sanitary sewer, water main and storm sewer lines on the following streets: <br />1. St. Anthony Road <br />2. Roosevelt Street from 3151 Avenue to 33"' Avenue <br />3. Edwards Street from 31" Avenue to 32" Avenuc <br />4. Edwards Street from Anthony Road to 33"1 Avenue <br />5. 31" venue from Stinson Boulevard to Wilson Street <br />6. Roosevelt Court <br />NOW, TI f11"RtTORE, BE fl lZESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in <br />accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter <br />429 at an estimated total cost of the improvements of $1,980,000. <br />2.
