These items are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed elsewhere on the agenda. A. Approval of January 11, 2005 Council Meeting Minutes. (pp.2-9) B. Licenses and Permits. (p.10) C. Claims. (pp.11-13) IV. Public Hearings. A. Resolution 05-018; Intoxicating Liquor License -- Apple American Limited Partnership of Minnesota, dba Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar (action requested.) (pp.14-41) V. VIII. Community Forum. Individuals may address the City Council about any item not included on the regular agenda. Speakers are requested to come to the podium, sign their name and address on the form at the podium, state their name and address for the Clerk's record, and limit their remarks to rave minutes. Generally, the City Council will not take official action on items discussed at this time, but may typically refer the matter to staff for a future report of direct the matter to be scheduled on an upcoming agenda.
