CITY OF ST. ANTIMONY <br />RESOLUTION 05-022 <br />A. RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 11th day of January, 2005, <br />fixed a date for Council hearing on the proposed i nprovements: <br />2005 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT'S PROJECT <br />This project consists of street reconstruction and replacement of water main, sanitary sewer, <br />and storm sewer on the following streets: <br />I. Anthony Road <br />2. Roosevelt Court <br />3. Roosevelt Street from 3'1" Avenue to 33rd Avenue <br />4, Edwards Street frorn 31" Avenue to 32"' Avenue <br />5. Edwards Street from Anthony Road to 33`d Avenue <br />6. 31' Avenue from Stinson Boulevard to Wilson Street: <br />WHEREAS, ten daysmailed notice, and two weeks' published notice in advance of said. <br />hearing was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 8th day of <br />February, 2005, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an <br />opportunity to be. heard thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br />approves such improvements as are hereby ordered. in the Council Resolution. <br />Adopted this.___-__ day of __.__.___ _..... ____...... _..... _ —_--._ 2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Mayor <br />City Manager <br />10 <br />
