<br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING A1311) FOR 2005 STREET
<br />AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
<br />WPERGAS, pursuant to air advertisement forbids for the improvement as shown on the plan
<br />for the above -referenced project, bids were received, opened and tabulated
<br />according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the
<br />advertisement:

<br />WHEREAS, it appears that S.M. Ilentges & Sons, hre. of Jordan, MN is the lowest responsible
<br />bidder.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony:
<br />That the Mayor and City :Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract
<br />with S.M. Hcntges & Sons, Inc. in the amount of $1,311,115.71 in the name of the City of St.
<br />Anthony, Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above -referenced project according
<br />to the plans and specifications, therefore, approved by the City Council and on file in the
<br />office of the City Clerk.
