CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />ORDINANCE 2005-04 <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO WATER RATES; AMENDING <br />SECTION 61.0.02 Or THE ST. ANTHONY CITY COD[; <br />The City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. Section 610.02 of the St. Anthony City Code, shall be amended to read as <br />follows: <br />610.02 Water Rates_ Water bills will be computed quarterly based on metered water <br />used at the rage at 5-1=73 $1.83 per 100 cubic feet or any fraction thereof; commencing <br />January 1, 2005. Thereafter, increases of $.05 commencing January 1, 2006 and ,X'.05 <br />commencing January 1, 2007 wile be added to eachper 100 eubie feet for nonrecurring <br />maintenance. <br />Section 2.
