In addition, TC <br />WebTech also makes changes to the City's web page as needed and upon the City's request:. On <br />average, the City pays approximately $62.3 a month for this service or $7,476 a year. <br />I called Mike Chaloupka, Sales and ,Marketing Director for GovOfficc, to discuss what: the City's costs <br />and monthly expense would be if the City decided to use GovOffice as an Internet service provider. <br />He said basically, the costs break down according to the following: <br />One -Time license Free: $1,050.00 (which is based on the City's population) <br />Monthly Charge: S d5.00 <br />These fees/charges include online training sessions for those staff that will have the responsibility of <br />updating the City's Web page; apptox tnately 60minutephone training session (1-800- number) and <br />email tech support: on an as needed basis. <br />The City's cost for GovOffice the fust year would be $1,590.00, and a savings to the City of $5886.00. <br />Its cost: for every year after would be approximately $540.00 and an annual savings of $6,936. <br />Additionally, the staff would be able to update the Web page at: any time and as often as needed. There <br />would be no need to change the City's web site address or any staff email addresses. They would be <br />configured so that they would takes, user to the GovOffice site for the City of St. Anthony. <br />
