NATIVITY LUTHERAN CHURCH <br />February 24, 2005 <br />Ms. Kim Moore -Skyey <br />Assistant City Manager <br />City of Saint Anthony Village <br />3301 Silver Lake Road <br />St. Anthony, MN 55418 <br />Dear Ms. Moore -Sykes: <br />Nativity Lutheran Church is requesting the City of Saint Anthony Village to vacate <br />several utility easements located on our property. The easements to be vacated are <br />described as follows: <br />The 5- Coot wide utility casenienl: over the north 207.29 feet of the south 212.29 <br />feet of the west 5.00 feet of Outlot 1, Beldon Terrace, fl ennepin County, <br />Minnesota; and <br />The 5 -foot wide utility easement over the easterly 5.00 feet of Lots 3 and 4, Block <br />2, Beldon Terrace, Second Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except there <br />from the south 5.00 feet of said Lot 4. <br />Enclosed are copies of the plat for Beldon Terrace and Beldon Terrace, Second Addition, <br />showing the easements described above. A copy of the survey for Nativity Lutheran <br />Church is also enclosed with the location of the easements shown. <br />Our current building is partially situated within the easements, and any future addition <br />would most likely encroach upon them.
