To our knowledge, there are currently no private utilities located within the utility <br />easement being requested for vacation. <br />Utility easements being requested for vacation include those located on the common <br />sides of the following lots: <br />a. Belden Terrace 2" 6 Addition, Lot 3, Block 2 <br />b. Belden Terrace 2's Addition, Lot 4, Block 2 <br />c.
