Thompson Ave. Suite 205 St. Paul, MN 55118 Re: Nativity Lutheran Site Improvements City of St. Anthony Village, MN WSB Project No. 1626-05 Dear Mr. Sharbono: 701 Xenia Avenue South Suite 300 Minneapolis, NIN 55416 Tel: 763-541-4800 Fax: 753-541-1700 This Jotter is a follow-up to our conversation today regarding the plumbing permit for the Nativity Lutheran Church in the City of St. Anthony Village, As I mentioned in our phone conversation, the City of St. Anthony Village has recently reconstructed 341" Avenue in the vicinity of Na ivity Lutheran, Church. The stree, section includes drain tile, fabric, sand, and Class 5 section which were installed less than two years ago. In an effort to protect the existing street segment, we request that the 6 -inch water main be run north within the boulevard outside of the street section and behind the curb along 34t" Avenue and tie in to the hydrant stub located at the intersection of 34`I' Avenue and Silver Lake Road, The City will agree that when Silver Lake Road is reconstructed, that the City will, at that time, provide a 10 x 6 wet tap to the City's main and redo the hydrant in this vicinity. The City anticipates the reconstruction of Silver Luke Road to occur within 3 to 5 years. This will facilitate your connection to the 10 -inch main on 34"' Avenue and protect the consider able investment the City has made in the reconstruction of 34"' Avenue Northeast.
