Patrick O'Connor's
request for a special permit, to allow his request for a rrlotor vehicle sales and
finance business.
We strongly oppose this request as we feel a used car lot will decrease the
value of this property and all. surrounding properties. Also if a. conditional permit is
needed to change the original zoning for this area evidently used car lots were not
intended for this area.
The only access to that property is fi-oni 29"' Ave NE. We do :not intend to let
vehicles use oux Anthony l.arie driveway, or our parlcin.g lot as a public access to
their property. Mr. O'Connor said lie would. have 15 to 18 vehicles and he would
put. them inside at nights. We reel the building at that location cannot accommodate
that many vehicles and some would be left outside and. that property would look like
a used car lot 24 hours a day. Again we strongly appose this request.
Thank You,
Kalt'eiD..
