OF THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />WHEREAS, on August 25, 1992, the St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority <br />(the "HRA") and City of St. Anthony (the "City") created its Tax Increment <br />Financing District #4, Apache II (Hellickson Addition 1-H) located at 3901 <br />Silver Lake Road (the "Project"); and <br />WHEREAS, as of the date hereof the Limited Revenue Note and obligations to which have <br />been pledged, have been paid in full or defeased and all other costs of the <br />Project have been paid; and <br />WHEREAS, the City desires by this resolution to cause the decertification of Tax <br />Increment Financing District #4, Apache II (Hellickson Addition 1-H) after <br />which all property taxes generated by property within the District will be <br />distributed in the same manner as all other property taxes. <br />NOW THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED by the St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment <br />Authority and the City of St. Anthony that the City's staff shall flake such action as is <br />necessary to cause the County Auditor of Ramsey County to decertify the Tax Increment <br />Financing District #4, Apache II (Hellickson Addition 1-H) as a tax increment district for <br />taxes payable 2006 and no longer remit tax increment from the district to the City or NRA, <br />with the exception of any delinquent taxes that are due and payable prior to payable year <br />2006 shall be remitted to the St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority. <br />Adopted this 10th day of May, 2005 <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Chair <br />Executive Director <br />INA <br />
