REAR YARD FOR A PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />2513 WEST ARMOUR TERRACE NE <br />WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Planning Commission held a public hearing on June 21, <br />2005, regarding a request for a variance for a rear yard setback, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the information and found that the <br />applicant had not satisfactorily established a case for hardship; and <br />WHEREAS, the commission felt the applicant could reconfigure the proposed garage <br />to fit within the current setbacks or reduce the size of the garage <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Planning Commission recommended <br />Council deny the request for a variance for rear yard setback for the property located at <br />2513 West Armour Terrace NE. <br />Adopted this 28t" day of June,_ 2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mayor <br />City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />City Manager <br />W <br />
