AT 3645 <br />CHELMSFORD ROAD <br />WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Planning Commission held a public hearing on June 21, <br />2005, regarding a request for a rezone from R-1 Single Family Residential <br />to R-3 Townhomes for the property at 3645 Chelmsford Road NE; <br />WHEREAS, the commission heard a staff report, comments from those individuals with <br />interest in the rezoning application and established findings of fact that <br />this application does not represent spot zoning; that the parcel satisfies <br />the city's requirements for the R-3 zoning district <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Planning Commission recommended <br />Council approve the request for a rezoning from R-1 Single Family Residential to R-3 <br />Townhomes for the property located at 3645 Chelmsford Road NE. <br />Adopted this 2W" day of June, 2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mayor <br />City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />City Manager <br />WFG '4 <br />
