AGENDA. <br />Motion by Commissionefi'hucsen, seconded by Commissioner Gray, to approve the June 14, <br />2005 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented. <br />Motion Carried quaklinio€€sly. <br />it, CONSENTAGENDA. <br />Motion by Commissioner Stille, seconded by Commissioner "Chuesen, to approve the Consent <br />Agenda, which consisted of: <br />A. _II.R.A. Meeting_1Vliuutes,of May _10,.2_005;. and <br />13. Claims. <br />Motion carried unallilwLti Y. <br />III. PUBLIC HEARINGS. <br />None. <br />V. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. <br />A. H.R.A. Resolution 05-007 re: Approying Housing and Redevelopmerrt Authority <br />Audit. <br />City Auditor Stuart Bonniwell presented the audit of the Sousing & Redevelopment Authority. <br />He noted there are three active TIF Districts. Money was refunded for the Kenzie Terrace <br />District, it was decertified. The final bond payment was made in February 2004. The County <br />TIF reimbursement was $329,886. The City's portion was $139,987 and $71,000 was used for <br />an electronic sign. The remaining amount is designated as the General Fund Reserve. <br />He stated the City and the HRA concentrated most their time on the Silver Lake Village/Apache <br />development. The financial plan of Silver Lake Village is a plan that is functioning well. The <br />costs incurred by the H,RA was fully reimbursable by the developer. The costs incurred by the <br />HRA include consultant fees, legal expenses, relocation costs and administrative costs and staff <br />time. The remaining Hellickson District was a pay as you go district. It expires in 2019 and the <br />obligations have been met. It is decertified in 2005 and will be back on the tax base in 2006. <br />H <br />
