ANTHONY <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05-009 <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO A FOURTId AMENDMENT TO A <br />REDEVELOPiMENT AGREEMENT BY AND AMONG TIIE CITY OF SAINT <br />ANTHONY, MINNESOTA, THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT <br />AU'FHORITY OF THE CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY, MINNESOTA, AND <br />APACHE REDEVELOPMENT, LLC (,THE "DEVELOPER"), DATED <br />DECEMBER 19, 2003. <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony (the "City") and the St. Anthony Housing and. <br />Redevelopment Authority (the "Authority") entered into the referenced agreement regarding an <br />area located in the northwest portion of the City (the "Agreement"); and <br />WHERAS, under the terms of the Agreement (as previously amended), the Developer <br />and the Authority agreed to resolve certain issues concerning Phase Tz of the project by entering <br />into aPhase II Contract Addendum by June 30, 2005; and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer has requested that the current deadline for completion of the <br />Phase Il Contract Addendum he extended until November 30, 2005; and <br />WHEREAS, a Fourth Amendment to Redevelopment Agreement has been prepared to <br />extend this deadline. <br />NOWJI-1 ,BEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the St. Anthony Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority as follows: <br />That the Chair and Executive Director are authorized to enter into a Fourth <br />Amendment to ,Redevelopment Agreement by and among the City of Saint <br />Anthony, Minnesota, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of <br />Saint Anthony, Minnesota, and Apache Redevelopment, LLC. <br />
