CITY OF ST. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a <br />Councilmember or citizen so requests, In which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed elsewhere on the agenda. <br />A. Approval of July 25, Special Council Meeting Minutes and July 26, 2005 Council Meeting <br />Minutes. (pp. 1-17) <br />B. Licenses and Permits. (p. 18) <br />C. Claims. (pp. 19-20) <br />D. Resolution 05-061; Sister City 20th Anniversary. (p. 21) <br />IV. Public Hearings. <br />V. Reports from Planning Commission. None. <br />VI. General Business of Council. (action requested on all items) <br />A. Northwest Youth and Family Services, Kay Andrews, presenting. <br />B. Resolution 05-062; Approving the Silver Lake Village Task Force. (pp. 22-26) <br />VII. Reports From City Manager and Councilmembers. <br />VIII. Community Forum. <br />Individuals may address the City Council about any Item not Included on the regular agenda. speakers are requested to come to the podium, sign their name and <br />address on the form at the podium, state their name and address for the Clerks record, and limit their remarks to five minutes. Generally, the City Coundl will not <br />take ofFclal action on Items discussed at this time, but may typically refer the matter to staff for a future report of direct the matter to be scheduled on an upcoming <br />agenda. <br />IX.
