The Police Department did not get the information out promptly. The Police Department <br />31 checks with other police departments and there weren't any other crimes of this nature. <br />32 <br />33 Mayor Faust indicated block captain should have some responsibility in notifying the public of cases <br />34 such as these. He also suggested to all residents that they should reportsuspiciousactivity.
