PUBLIC HEARINGS. <br />None, <br />V. REPORTS FROM COMMISSION ANIS STAFF. <br />A. Presentation of History Research by Sarah Campbell, Intern <br />Mike Mornson introduced Sarah Campbell, Intern. Sarah is a graduate student at St. Thomas. <br />Her last day is tomorrow. <br />Ms. Campbell gave an overview of the information she covered in her time with the City. She <br />explained she is a graduate student in the history department at St. Thomas, with a focus on <br />
