ANTHONY <br />CPIY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />SEPTEMBER 13, 2005 <br />CALL TO ORDER. <br />Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />Mayor Faust invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />ROLL CALL. <br />Present: Mayor Faust; Councilmembers Still c, and Thuesen. <br />Absent: Councilmembers Gray and Horst. <br />Also Present: City Manager Mike Morison and City Attorney Jerome Gilligan. <br />CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OFTUE, FOLLOWING <br />ITEMS. <br />1. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 13, 2005 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />Motion by Councilmember Thuesen, seconded by Councilmember Stille, to approve the City <br />Council Meeting Agenda of September 13, 2005. <br />Motion carried unanimously <br />IL PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br />A. Kiwanis Peanut Da_ <br />Councilmember Stillc read the proclamation declaring Friday, September 23, 2005 as St. <br />Anthony Kiwams Peanut Day. <br />Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Thuesen, to approve the <br />Proclamation Declaring Friday, September 23, 2005 as St. Anthony Kiwanis Peanut Day. <br />Motion carried unanimousiv. <br />Councilmember Stille is a member of this group and explained the group provides an outlet for <br />children through a number of programs. The group shows children by example how to be a part <br />of the community. He said they are always looking for members. He noted there would be a <br />meeting the following morning at 8:30 a.m. for students at high school. <br />111. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />A. Consider August 23, 2005 Council mectina minutes. <br />B. Consider licenses and verllits. <br />C. Consider payment of claims. <br />Motion by Councilmember Thuesen, seconded by Councilmember Stille, to approve the Consent <br />Agenda items. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />K) <br />
