ANTHONY <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTIIORLI'Y MEETING <br />SEPTEMBER 13, 2005 <br />CALL TO ORDER. <br />Chair P'aust called the meeting to order at 7:46 p.m. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Commissioners present: Chair Faust; Commissioners Stille, slid Thuesen. <br />Commissioners absent: Councihuembers horst and Gray. <br />Also present: Executive Director Michael Mornson and City Attorney Jerome <br />Gilligan. <br />1. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 13, 2005 ILR.A. ACENDA. <br />Motion by Commissioner Stille, seconded by Commissioner Thuesen, to approve the September <br />13, 2005 housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented. <br />Motion carried unanimousiv. <br />IT. CONSENTAC>ENDA. <br />Motion by Commissioner Thu en; seconded by Commissioner Stille, to approve the Consent <br />Agenda, which consisted of: <br />A. II_R_A. Meeting Minutes of Alis>ust' j,_2005: and <br />B. Claims. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />III. PUBLIC HEARINGS. <br />None. <br />IV. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. <br />A. 1_I.R.A. Resolution 05-010, re: Relating to Ass i 7r�cnt_ Assumption, 1?asemcnf, Park <br />Man�cment ail¢ Mamtenangc Aoreemeuts. <br />Executive Director Michael Mornson noted a change should be made in the last Whereas, as it <br />was in the Council meeting. The words "This park should heretofore he known as Salo Park" to <br />the last Whereas. <br />Motion by Commissioner Thuesen, seconded by Commissioner Stille, to adopt II.R.A. <br />Resolution 05-070, re: Resolution Rclating to Assigmnent, Assumption, Easement, Park <br />Management and Maintenance Agreement including; in the last Whereas "This park should <br />heretofore be known as Salo Park" <br />V.
