IV: Insurance. During the tem of this Agreement, the Consultant shall obtain <br />and maintain workers compensation, comprehensive general liability, and <br />automobile liability insurance. Comprehensive general liability insurance <br />shall have an aggregate limit of $2,000,000. Upon request by the City, <br />the Consultant shall provide a certificate or certificates of insurance <br />relating to the insurance required. <br />V. Indemnification. Each party shall inderinify and hold harmless the other <br />party and it's officials, agents, and employees from any loss, claim, <br />liability, and expense (including reasonable attorney's fees and expenses <br />of litigation) arising out of any action of such parties in the performance of <br />this Contract. <br />VI. Assignment. This Agreement shall not be assigned, sublet, or transferred <br />without the written consent of the City. <br />VII. Conflict -of Interest.
