On <br />November 2 he attended the Chamber of Commerce Board meeting. The Christmas lighting <br />contest will be judged on December 15; there will be more information on the website, in the <br />newsletter, and at the .front office. Last night he attended the annual meeting of the Sister City <br />Association, and provided a presentation regarding his recent trip. He suggested a Nokia <br />representative from Salo travel with them. He added information regarding emergency planning <br />will be coming out in the newsletter to help residents prepare for emergencies. A surprise <br />tabletop exercise will be held next year to test the system for flaws. <br />VIII. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />Mayor Faust invited, residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on items that <br />are not on the regular agenda. <br />Hearing none, Mayor Faust moved forward with the agenda. <br />Ix.
