VI. General Business of Council. <br />A. Todd Hubmer, WSB &Associates, will be present for the following resolutions relating <br />to the 2006 Street Improvement Assessments. (p. 47 - 54) <br />1. Resolution 06-012; Calling a hearing on 2006 Street and Utility Improvements. <br />2. Resolution 06-013; Declare the costs to be assessed and ordering preparation of <br />proposed assessments. <br />3. Resolution 06-014; Calling a hearing on proposed assessment for 2006 Street <br />and Utility Improvements. <br />4. Other Engineer Updates. <br />VII. Reports From City Manager and Councilmembers. <br />VIII. Community Forum. <br />Individuals may address the City Council about any item not included on the regular agenda. Speakers are requested to come to the podium, <br />sign their name and address on the form at the podium, state their name and address for the Clerk's record, and limit their remarks to five <br />minutes. Generally, the City Council will not take official action on items discussed at this time, but may typically refer the matter to staff for <br />a future report of direct the matter to be scheduled on an upcoming agenda. <br />IX.
