c-- <br />CITY OF ST.ANTHONY <br />RESOLUTION 06-015 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A POLLING LOCATION CHANGE <br />WHEREAS,registered voters residing in Precinct 1,Hennepin County of the <br />City of St.Anthony voted at St.Charles Borromeo Catholic Church <br />in previous elections;and <br />WHEREAS,due to confining space limits and St.Charles obligation to many <br />groups,a new location for said polling place must be established; <br />and <br />WHEREAS,after consideration of available locations,it has been determined <br />that the most favorable polling location is Autumn Woods,2580 <br />Kenzie Terrace;and <br />WHEREAS,said location is in compliance with Minnesota Statues. <br />NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of St. <br />Anthony hereby approves relocation of the polling place for the registered voters <br />of Hennepin County,Precinct 1,to Autumn Woods,2600 Kenzie Terrace,in the <br />City of St.Anthony. <br />Adopted this 24th day of January,2006. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Reviewed for Administration: <br />City Manager <br />21 <br />rlIl~
