<br />RESOLUTION 06-019
<br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR 2006 STREET
<br />AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement as shown on the plan
<br />for the abovf-referenced project, bids were received, opened and tabulated
<br />according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the
<br />advertisement:
<br />WHEREAS, it appears that Northdale Construction, Inca of Rogers, MN is the lowest
<br />responsible bidder.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony:
<br />That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract
<br />with Northdale Construction, Inc. in the amount of $1,473,035.77 in the name of the City of
<br />St. Anthony, Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above -referenced project
<br />according to the plans and specifications, therefore, approved by the City Council and on file
<br />in the office of the City Clerk.
