CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />RESOLUTION 06-036 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF SPECIFICATIONS AND <br />SOLICITATION OF BIDS FOR AUTOMATED WATER METERS <br />WHEREAS, the City is in need of replacing water meters that are 20 to 30 years old, <br />WHEREAS, the City seeks to improve efficiencies in the water utility billing and other <br />benefits of an automated water meter system. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the .
