CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />RESOLUTION 06-037 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE SANITARY SEWER INFILTRATION AND <br />INFLOW REDUCTION PLAN <br />WHEREAS, Metropolitan Council Environmental Services has identified the City of St. <br />Anthony Village as having excessive inflow and infiltration of clear water into <br />the sanitary sewer system, <br />WHEREAS, the MCES is proposing to surcharge the City of St. Anthony Village <br />approximately $120,000 annually for the next 10 years- to address UI into the <br />sanitary sewer system, <br />WHEREAS, The City of St. Anthony desires to reduce inflow and infiltration into the sanitary <br />sewer system and avoid MCES surcharge fees, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that: <br />1) The City adopts the Sanitary Sewer Infiltration and Inflow Reduction.
