In the <br />case of St. Anthony, the $3.00 per capita amount totaled $16,275.00. -This was calculated using 2005 <br />population estimates • Com the 'State Demographer's web -site. The total eligible expenses -minus the per <br />capita requirement equaled $5,549.47. In accordance with the Storm Emergency Financial Assistance <br />Policy, the County will reimburse 50% of the. -eligible expenses minus the + per capita requirement. T'he <br />50% -reimbursement for St. Anthony equals -$2,774.74. <br />In accordance with the Storm Em ergency Assistance Policy, eligible expenses must. be -directly related to <br />the management of tree waste debf.s . aad VEMA gmdelines for reimb,ursement: For example; only <br />overtime costs directly related to managing tree waste debris are considered to be an eligible ex ense. <br />10 <br />p <br />Regular time and overtime that is not directly gelated to managing tree waste debris is not -considered an <br />eligible expense.
