Those businesses that reported already <br />using a wireless network are significantly less worried about.security. <br />• An overwhelming majority of businesses, over 80 percent, feel that..the city <br />should play a role in ensuring access to competitively priced Internet <br />connectivity. Some of the roles mentioned include: <br />o Make rules to promote competition; <br />o Become a provider of high-speed Internet; <br />o Install _a network and lease to private firms; <br />o No role. <br />• The willingness to support a wireless network is higher if subscriber <br />revenue is used.
