RESOLUTION ADOPTING A TAX INCREMENT FINANCING (TIF) POLICY <br />WHEREAS, The City Council for the City of St. Anthony deems it advisable and <br />in the best interest of the City of St. Anthony to adopt policies <br />relating to Tax Increment Financing (TIF); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council intends that these policies not be construed as <br />exclusive but instead to provide general guidelines for addressing <br />TIF in the City of St. Anthony; and <br />WHEREAS, in enacting these policies, the City Council acknowledges that <br />special cases and variations may be required based on the <br />particular facts present in any given situation; and <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br />does hereby adopt a Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Policy. <br />Adopted this 9th day ofd 2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />City Manager <br />FACouncil Meetings\2006\050920061040506 resolution adopting TIF policy.doc <br />43 <br />
