CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 06-055 <br />WHEREAS, an audit of the City of St. Anthony general purpose financial statements <br />for the year 2005 was presented by Tautges Redpath Ltd, Certified Public <br />Accountants; and <br />WHEREAS, the audit was presented to the City Council at a regular meeting on <br />May 23, 2006. <br />NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br />hereby approves the 2005 City of St. Anthony audit as submitted by Tautges Redpath <br />Ltd, Certified Public Accountants. <br />Adopted this 23rd day of May, 2006. <br />am <br />City Clerk <br />Reviewed for Administration: <br />FACouncil Meetings\20 06\05232006\res audit. doc <br />107 <br />
