CITY OF ST, ANTHONY HENNEPIN COUNTYMINNESOTA APPROVE PRELIMINARY LAYOUT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF SILVER LAIKE ROAD (CSAH 136 FROM ST. ANTHONY BLVD. TO 37 TH AVENUE NE I WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony is the official governing body of the City of St. Anthony; and I WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Transportation Department hasprepared Preliminary Layout No. 3 dated January 30, 2006 (Hennepin County Project 0524 for the improvement of Silver Lake Road (C SAH 13 6) from St. Anthony Blvd. to 37th Avenue NE; and WHEREAS, Preliminary Layout No. 3 is consistent with the City of St. Anthony's Transportation Plan; and NIMEREAS, Hennepin County and the City of St. Anthony will continue to work cooperatively toward the final design, construction and completion of this project; and WHEREAS, Hennepin County has requested City Council approval of Preliminary Layout No. 3 for the Silver Lake Road (CSAR 136) improvements. NOW� THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that . the St. Anthony City Council approves Preliminary Layout No. 3 (Hennepin County Project 0524 for the improvements to Silver Lake Road(CSA.H 136� 1h JL from St. Anthony Blvd. to 37 Avenue XE and the following: 1. Hennepin County is hereby authorized to acquire all rights-of-way, permits, and/or easements required for said improvements in accordance with Preliminary Layout No. 3. 2. The City of St. Anthony agrees to ban the parking of motor vehicles at all times, and toprovide enforcement for the prohibition of, on -street parking for the non -parking sections of Hennepin County Project No. 0524. 3. The City of St. Anthony reserves the right to approve the final construction plans and Construction Cooperative Agreement prior to the construction of the project.
