CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />ORDINANCE 2006-004 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5 OF THE CITY CODE, <br />BEING THE LICENSES, PERMITS AND BUSINESS REGULATIONS <br />The City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village ordains as follows: <br />555.01 Definitions. For purposes of this Section 555, the following terms have the <br />following meanings: <br />Subd. 3. Regyclables: Materials which may be recycled or reused through <br />recycling processes, including metal and plastic beverage containers, glass, <br />newsprint, and any other materials designated as recyclables by Council <br />resolution. <br />Subd. 11. Residential Container: Any container intended for the collection of <br />waste or recycling materials that has a volume of 100 gallons or smaller <br />container upon request of the resident. <br />555.021-icensing Requirements. <br />Subd. 5. In addition to the other requirements of this Section, haulers servicing <br />residences must comply with the following: <br />(a) Curbside recycling collection will be made available to all residential <br />customers. At minimum, such service must include bi-weekly collection and <br />hauling of all recyclables on collection days. Charges for service to <br />customers who have no curbside recycling collection will be no less than the <br />charges for services, which include curbside recycling collection. <br />555.03Reguirements and Restrictions. All licensees and any other haulers in the City, <br />must comply with all of the following requirements and restrictions: <br />(k).
