Notwithstanding the above, the following flags shall not be prohibited by this chapter:' <br />1. Any flag of'the United States, the State of Minnesota or any political subdivision thereof, or <br />2. A flag identifying a corporate, business, commercial enterprise, educational institution, or am <br />entity or organization that satisfies the following requirements must comply with the general <br />provisions for flags and first obtain administrative approval. <br />a. A size notgreater•than three feet'by five. feet, <br />b. Shall be flown horizontally, <br />c. In conjunction with and at the same time as a flag of the United States and the State o <br />Minnesota is flown on the premises, <br />d.. Shail be displayed on a separate flagpole located in close proximity to and no higher th <br />flagpoles of the United States and the State of Minnesota and in no event higher than <br />feet. One commercial flag shall be allowed in connection with any tot of record. <br />3.
