CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />Resolution 06-081 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2007 CURRENCY EXCHANGE LICENSE. <br />FOR WAL-MART STORES, INC. LOCATED AT <br />3800 SILVER LAKE ROAD NE <br />WHEREAS, Wal-Mart located at 3800 Silver Lake Road NE applied for a <br />renewal of their Currency Exchange License with the Minnesota <br />Department of Commerce; and <br />WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Police Department has reviewed the application <br />and has found no reason to deny the applicant the license. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. <br />Anthony approves the 2007 Currency Exchange License for Wal --Mart Stores, Inc. <br />located at 3800 Silver Lake Road NE. <br />Adopted this 14thday of November, 2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Reviewed for Administration: <br />am <br />City Manager <br />FACouncil Meetings\2006\11142006\reswahnartcurrency exchange license.doc <br />18 <br />
