Lindgren <br />DATE: November 3, 2006 <br />RE: Amendment to Maintenance Agreement <br />Apache Park, LLC is responsible for maintenance of certain improvements in the portion <br />of Silver Lake Village known as Salo Park. Apache Park has requested that the city maintain <br />the stone sculpture which was placed in Salo Park earlier this year. Apache Park has also <br />asked that the City assume liability for any personal injury that may be related to the sculpture. <br />I have prepared an amendment to the Maintenance Agreement that responds to these <br />requests.
