The late fee referred to in Subsection <br />410.05, Subd. 2, for late payment of a water bill is $2.00 for the first occurrence of late payment <br />and 10% of the cumulative balance due for the second consecutive occurrence of late payment <br />and thereafter. <br />615.07 Establishment of Fee Amounts.
