Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. <br />$5,172,044.50 <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Meyer Contracting, Inc. of Minneapolis, MN is the lowest <br />responsible bidder. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br />I.
