Resolutions 07-023 •Accepting a donation from Wal-Mart Corporation <br />35 <br />36 Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Gray, to approve the Consent <br />37 Agenda Items B, C, D and remove Item A. <br />38 <br />39 Motion carried unanimously <br />40 <br />41 A. Consider Approval of the January 23 2007 Council Meeting Minutes <br />42 <br />43 Councilmember Stille changed the word "concrete" to "bituminous" on page 7, line 36. <br />44 <br />45 Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Gray, to approve the January 23, <br />46 2007 Council Meeting Minutes as corrected above. <br />47 <br />48 Motion carried unanimously. <br />49 <br />3 <br />
