The proposed schedule for the task force would be as <br />follows: <br />1) March 13 - Resolution creating task force. <br />2) March 21St - Advertise for task force members with <br />deadline of April 16th. <br />3) April 24th - Council approves task force. <br />4) Meeting dates for task force: <br />a. May 17th <br />b. June 20th <br />c. August 15th <br />d. September 19th <br />All meetings would be held at 7.00 p.m. to 9;00 p.m. <br />5) September 25th - Presentation of Report from Task <br />Force to City Council. <br />Jay Hartman, Public Works Director and Todd Hubmer, <br />WSB & Associates, will provide staffing and facilitating of <br />the Task Force.
