10 <br />"Redemption Price" means, with respect to any Bond to be redeemed, the price (principal <br />amount plus accrued interest plus premium, if any) at which it is to be redeemed pursuant to this <br />Resolution. <br />"Redeveloper" means Silver Lake Homes I, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, <br />and its successors and assigns. <br />"Redevelopment Project" means Redevelopment Project Area No. 3 of the Authority. <br />"Registrar" means the bond registrar, transfer agent and paying agent for the Bonds <br />appointed pursuant to Section 3.04 of this Resolution, or other fiduciary acting as bond registrar, <br />transfer agent or paying agent for the Bonds. <br />"Representation Letter" means any letter of representations or agreement from the <br />Authority or the Registrar to DTC with respect to the Bonds, and any similar letter or other <br />agreement with any successor depository for the Bonds. <br />"Reserve Fund" means the Fund by that name, created and established pursuant to <br />Section 4 of this Resolution. <br />"Reserve Requirement" means the amount from time to time required to be held or <br />accumulated in the Reserve Fund, that amount being equal to $ <br />"Revenue Fund" means the Fund by that name, created and established pursuant to <br />Section 4 of this Resolution. <br />"Series 2004 Note" means the Limited Revenue Taxable Tax Increment Revenue Note, <br />issued by the Authority to the Redeveloper, dated as of October 19, 2004. <br />"State" means the State of Minnesota. <br />"Stated Maturity" means, with respect to any Bond, the date specified in such Bond and <br />this Resolution as the fixed date on which the principal of such Bond is due. <br />"fax Increment" means all tax increment revenues derived by the Authority from the <br />Phase IA For Sale Housing Development Property included in the TIF District. <br />"Tax Increment Account" means the account by that name established in the Revenue <br />Fund pursuant to Section 4 of this Resolution. <br />"Tax Increment Act" means Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.174 through 469.179, as <br />amended. <br />"TIF District" means Tax Increment Financing District No. 3-5 established by the <br />Authority. <br />-5- <br />
