CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 07-039 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CAPITOL CITY MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Fire Department is one of 33 fire departments assembling the <br />Capital City Mutual Aid Association; and <br />WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Fire Departments previous agreement expired on January 1, <br />2007 when the Mutual Aid Association was consolidated into the Capital City <br />Regional Firefighter's Association; and <br />WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Fire Department believes this agreement is an important part of <br />our overall ability to protect the citizens of St. Anthony. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE PT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br />approves the Capitol City Mutual Aid Agreement. <br />Adopted this 24th day of April, 2007. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Reviewed for Administration: <br />Mayor <br />City Manager <br />21 <br />
