Outlined below please find a list of the projects and their current status:
1. 2007 Street Reconstruction Project
The three alleys located in the southern portion of the project have been completed up to gravel and
the contractor is proceeding into removing existing driveways and prepping the area for new
driveways and pavement within the next three weeks.
'rhe removal of asphalt and curb on 27"' Avenue and Pahl Avenue began during the week of June 4.
The contractor will begin installation of water main and storm sewer in these streets over the next
couple of weeks.
Installation of water main and sanitary sewer on 39°i Avenue is nearing completion and the
contractor will then begin the storm sewer installation, followed by reconstruction of 39ei Avenue
from Fordham to Silver Lake Road. This work is anticipated to take several more weeks to
complete.
Sanitary sewer pipe bursting on Chandler Drive was completed during the week of June 4. Tho
sanitary sewer force main directional boring from the Foss Road Lift Station to the City of Roseville
is anticipated to begin during the week of June I1. This activity is anticipated to disturb the entrance
to Wilshire Park Elementary School off of 37"' Avenue and access to Highcrest Avenue and 37°i
Avenue. We have been coordinating our efforts with Ramsey County and traffic control for 37°i
Avenue and have met with several representatives of the School District, including the principal of
Wilshire Park Elementary, the District Administrator, and the Director of Buildings and Grounds, to
coordinate the activities at Wilshire Park Elementary.
2. Water Meter Replacement Program and I&I Reduction Program
We have had several meetings in the last month with the contractor installing the water meters and
completing the inspection of passive drain tile systems, as well as with Sensus Corporation, who is
responsible for reading the maters and conveying the data back to the City. To date, we have
approximately 100 water rooters left to replace within the City of St. Anthony Village, and that
includes a combination of both commercial and residential meters. Each of these 100 have been
contacted a nninimum of at least once, and we are aggressively pursuing them to get the water teeters
replaced and to complete the inspection program.
F:IIVPWlNU.on1Wn(mitesom cadLTf2-m ,,n,m,-060609.doc
