ANTHONY <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING <br />JUNE 12, 2007 <br />CALL TO ORDER. <br />Chair Faust called the meeting to order at 7:51 p.m. <br />ROLL CALL. <br />Commissioners present: Chair Faust; Commissioners Gray, Horst, and Thuesen. <br />Commissioners absent: Commissioner Stille <br />Also present: Executive Director Michael Mornson <br />I. APPROVAL OF JUNE 12, 2007 H.R.A. AGENDA. <br />Motion by Commissioner Gray, seconded by Commissioner IIorst, to approve the June 12, 2007 <br />Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented. <br />Motion carried unanimously 4/0. <br />II. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />Motion by Commissioner Gray, seconded by Commissioner Stille to approve the Consent <br />Agenda, which consisted of: <br />A. Approve the May 22, 2007, H.R.A. Minutes. <br />B. Claims <br />Commissioner Gray, seconded by Commissioner Thuesen, to approve the June 12, 2007 Consent <br />Agenda as presented. <br />Motion carried unanimously 4/0. <br />III. PUBLIC HEARINGS. <br />None. <br />IV. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. <br />A. Resolution 07-010; Closing Three Inactive Housing and Redevelopment Authority Funds. <br />Executive Director Mornson reported this resolution closes three inactive Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority Funds recommended for closure during the audit of 2006. Executive <br />Director Mornson stated the funds being closed include the Public Works Fire Building Fund in <br />the amount of$39,353.70; used for construction of PW Building the Community Center Bond <br />Fund amounting to $1.42; and the Tires Plus Fund for $192,922.44 in lease payments received <br />from Tires Plus when the City owned this building. He reported $232,277.56 would be <br />transferred to the HRA General Operating Fund as recommended by the auditor. <br />1 <br />
