MEETING AGENDA. <br />Motion by Councilmember Thuesen, seconded by Councihnember Gray, to approve the City <br />Council meeting agenda of June 26, 2007. <br />Motion carried unanimously 4/0. <br />II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS <br />A. Update on VillageFest 2007 <br />Ms. Julianne Hunter presented an update on VillageFest 2007 scheduled for the first weekend in <br />August. She stated the same events as in the past are highlighted for this year's event. She <br />pointed out that a Village Idol contest is new this year as is Teen Town and a class B softball <br />tournament. Ms. Hunter stated they are looking for class B teams to play on Friday and <br />Saturday. She stated Boxcar Bob, Cactus Willie, and Lamont Cranston would perform again this <br />year. She reported the Lions Club would collect donations for the food shelf during the parade <br />and buttons are available for sale at the Community Center. She advised anyone with questions <br />to call City Hall. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Horst thanked Ms. Hunter and her committee for their work organizing the <br />VillageFest event. He asked her for the location of the ail fair. <br />Ms. Hunter replied the final map is not complete; however, it would be similar to last year. <br />
