ANTHONY <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />September 11, 2007 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Mayor Faust invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Present: Mayor Faust; Council Members Gray, Horst, Stille, and Thuesen. <br />Absent: None <br />Also Present: City Manager Mornson and Finance Director Roger Larson <br />CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />ITEMS: <br />L APPROVAL OF THE SEPTEMBER 11, 2007 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />Motion by Councilmember Horst seconded by Councilmember Gray to approve the City Council <br />meeting agenda of September 11, 2007 as amended. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS <br />A. Kiwanis Peanut Day, September 28, 2007 <br />Councilmember Stille read the proclamation designating Friday, September 28, 2007 as St. <br />Anthony Kiwanis Peanut Day. <br />Mr. Tom Miller, Kiwanis Peanut Day Chairman, addressed the Council and provided a history of <br />the Kiwanis Peanut Day. <br />Mayor Faust thanked the Kiwanis for the tremendous service they provide to the community. <br />Ill.
