Section 555 — HAULERS OF GARBAGE, REFUSE, RECYCLABLES <br />AND YARD WASTE <br />Subd. 5. In addition to the other requirements of this Section, haulers servicing <br />residences must comply with the following: <br />(a) Curbside recycling collection will be made available to all <br />residential customers. At minimum, such service must include bi- <br />weekly collection. uett+l Desen�boi I80 and after Deocn}ber <br />31 298vcakly Eollections ttiereafte Charges for service to <br />customers who have no curbside recycling collection will be no <br />less than the charges for services, which include curbside recycling <br />collection. <br />(b) Weekly collection of garbage, refuse and yard waste will be <br />provided on collection days. <br />(c) A minimum of three rate levels for regular service, priced on the <br />basis of volume, will be provided. <br />(d) Each licensee must separately collect and dispose of yard waste for <br />a minimum of eight weeks in the spring, commencing on April 1st, <br />and eight weeks in the fall, commencing on September 15th. <br />These ordinance changes shall be in full force and effect upon passage by the City <br />Council and publication of the Ordinance or a Summary thereof in the City's official <br />newspaper. <br />First Reading: October 9, 2007 <br />Second Reading: <br />Adopted: <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Publish: <br />Mayor <br />23 <br />
