20 <br />Agreement No. PW 59-10-07 <br />CSAII 136; C.P. 0524 <br />Payment shall be made to the County by the City for the full amount due on said invoice within <br />forty five (45) days of the invoice date. <br />IX <br />The County, through its Roadside Enhancement Partnership Program (REPP), will <br />participate in a proportionate share of the construction costs for the burial of utilities within the <br />limits of the Project by Xcel Energy. Also the County, through its Roadside Enhancement <br />Partnership Program, will participate in a proportionate share of the construction costs for the <br />installation of pedestrian and street lighting within the limits of the Project by Xcel Energy. <br />It is understood that lines and facilities for local distribution of electrical energy will be <br />relocated underground within the limits of'the Project by Xcel Energy under a separate contract <br />with the City. The County, through REPP, will participate in a proportionate share of the costs to <br />underground said lines and facilities for local distribution of electrical energy. As set forth in the <br />County's Cost Participation Policy the County's proportionate share of the construction costs <br />eligible for this funding source shall be fifty (50) percent, and shall not exceed the amount of <br />$390,000.00 (based on a maximum County contribution of $300,000.00 per centerline mile). <br />Included in Exhibit "A" is the amount of $390,000.00, which represents the County's share of the <br />costs to underground Xcel Energy's facilities. <br />Similarly, it is understood that street and pedestrian lighting will be installed within the <br />limits of the Project by Xcel Energy under a separate contract with the City. The County, <br />through REPP, will participate in a proportionate share of the costs to design and install street <br />and pedestrian lighting. As set forth in the County's Cost Participation Policy the County's <br />proportionate share of the design and construction costs eligible for this funding source shall be <br />fifty (50) percent. Included in Exhibit "A" is the estimated amount of $210,000.00, which <br />represents the County's proportionate share of the costs to install street and pedestrian lighting <br />within the limits of the Project. <br />KI <br />The proportionate shares of the various costs associated with said Project have been <br />identified and set forth in Articles III through IX of this Agreement. All of the aforereferenced <br />costs are included in tabular format in Exhibit "A". As summarized in Exhibit "A", the <br />estimated amount that the County is to pay to the City as a result of this Agreement is <br />$600,000.00, the estimated amount that the City is to pay the County as a result of this <br />Agreement is $3,128,745.00. It is understood and agreed that said payment amounts are estimates <br />and that the actual payment amounts shall be based on actual costs and contract unit prices, as <br />specified elsewhere throughout this Agreement. <br />6- \i—V1 �_. <br />
